A referral network is only as valuable as the trust behind it. These standards apply to every member and every opportunity shared.
Legitimate Opportunities Only
Members may submit legitimate job leads and recruiting opportunities they are authorized to share. Fake job listings, misleading compensation claims, unauthorized confidential positions, and deceptive representations are prohibited.
Candidate Privacy and Consent
Members must have appropriate permission before submitting identifiable candidate information. Candidate resumes and contact information must not be made publicly accessible. Collect only information necessary for the intended referral.
No Automatic Referral Compensation
Membership does not create an entitlement to commissions, placement fees, or other compensation. Any paid referral, placement, or co-recruiting arrangement must be agreed upon separately in writing before work begins.
Respect for Client Relationships
Members may not claim to represent Top T, bind Top T to agreements, use Top T's branding without authorization, or promise access to Top T's clients or confidential job opportunities.
Professional Conduct
Spam, harassment, deceptive conduct, unauthorized use of member information, discriminatory practices, and misuse of confidential information are prohibited.
Membership Review and Removal
Top T may review applications and opportunity submissions, restrict access, or suspend or remove members for violations of published participation rules, subject to applicable law and any governing agreements.

Eligibility is determined by Top T after review of each application. Submitting an application does not create a membership, partnership, employment relationship, or client relationship.
Members may share only opportunities and candidate information they are legally and professionally authorized to share. Confidential client information may not be circulated without written permission.
Candidate information must be shared with permission, kept confidential, and used only for the specific referral discussed. Resumes and contact details must never be posted publicly or distributed beyond the parties involved.
Top T reviews submissions and may decline to circulate any opportunity that cannot be verified, appears misleading, or conflicts with client obligations.
No fee, commission, or compensation of any kind is owed by virtue of membership or by sharing or receiving a lead. Any paid referral, placement, or co-recruiting arrangement requires a separate written agreement signed before work begins.
Members may not present themselves as employees, agents, or representatives of Top T Recruiting Agency L.L.C., and may not use Top T branding, client names, or materials without written authorization.
Member information is used to evaluate applications and to contact members about relevant opportunities. It is not sold, and it is not shared with other members without consent.
Top T may suspend or remove a member at any time for conduct that violates these guidelines, misuses member information, or harms the integrity of the network.
